​ENROLLMENT

THE LEARNING BARN IS RELOCATING.  PLEASE CHECK BACK FOR ADDITIONAL POSTINGS IN THE FUTURE.

Students will be enrolled in SEED Courses, based on available openings, when all required documents and fees have been submitted.  To secure enrollment for your child, complete the steps below.  Verification of enrollment in courses will be sent to parents upon receipt of all forms and fees.  

 

A $50 non-refundable registration deposit will hold a space for your child prior to the start of the course.  A deposit will be required for each course, and all fees and forms must be submitted prior to the first day of the session.  Open enrollment periods for each session will be posted on the Home page calendar.  A waiting list will be generated when maximum enrollment is met.

 

STEP 1: Download, Complete, and Submit The Learning Barn Application form.

 

STEP 2: Download and Read The Learning Barn Parent's Quick Reference Guide.

 

STEP 3: Download, Complete, and Submit The Learning Barn Student's Critical Information Card.

 

STEP 4: Review the Fee Schedule and submit payment in full for the SEED Course(s).  Checks payable to The Learning Barn, can be sent to 2854 Country Club Rd., Troutville, VA 24175.

 

Note: Students who were enrolled in the fall, and are applying to re-enroll in the spring, should complete the Application for Re-Admission, if information provided initially remains unchanged.

The standard cost for each course session is $375.  The cost for families registering for more than one course session at The Learning Barn will be discounted to $350 per session.  Students registered for math and science classes on the same day can pack a lunch and stay for free from 12:00-1:00 for Discovery Workshops, Farm Fun, and Literature at Lunch.
